Strategy. Systems. Solutions.

Solutions built from experience.

Two decades of work across government and private-sector contracting - fiscal management, federal supply, property valuation, and the operating systems built to run them.

ScrollFramed Solutions LLC

The company

An operating company, not an agency.

Framed Solutions works where public-sector requirements meet private-sector execution. The company delivers under a state government contract, manages fiscal responsibilities on behalf of programs and families, and has carried out property valuation and inspection assignments for national service organizations.

The through-line is operational: take work that is procedural, high-volume and exacting, and build the process and the systems that make it dependable.

Inspections for banks and mortgage companies

Framed Solutions began as a real-estate inspection business serving banks and mortgage companies, with approximately 90 percent of assignments carried out in Georgia.

The work was performed remotely, through an operating system built in-house for the purpose - the same system described below.

Systems and automation

Systems built from experience.

Framed Solutions built its own internal operating system to run its property evaluation work - intake, assignment, tracking and delivery - because the available process could not carry the volume reliably.

It ran operationally for approximately five years, supporting evaluation work associated with banks and national valuation companies. The system was internal: it was built to run this company's operations, not sold or delivered to those clients.

Founder

Susan Watkins

Susan Watkins founded Framed Solutions and runs it as principal. Her first company supplied headstones and memorial products, shipping nationwide to cemeteries, work that grew into federal contracting.

Her prior work runs to institutional and commercial projects: the production of 38 historical cornerstone plaques for University of Wisconsin-Madison buildings, building plaques for commercial construction partners including Findorff, and the recreation of historic Black cemeteries in Wisconsin.

Framed Solutions began as an inspection business serving banks and mortgage companies, and she built the operating system that ran it rather than working around the one available.

Fiscal management, federal supply and property valuation are different industries with the same underlying demand: exact records, deadlines that do not move, and work that has to be right the first time.
